Change of use of licensed premises to residential to create modern home in highly confined urban location. The design included complete excavation to the site boundaries and careful use of lightwells, set-backs and retained ‘screen’ street façade to maximise daylight to below ground accommodation, internal double height and open plan spaces and provide important external terraces.
