Complete refurbishment and extension of ground floor flat within Grade II Listed property, working in conjunction with specialist daylight consultant to maximise the development potential of the site without effecting the neighbouring residents. The existing single bedroom unit was reconfigured and expanded to accommodate the client’s growing family whilst maintaining and enhancing the historic character of the property.
