Refurbishment and extension of circa 1970s residence incorporating planning consent for full-width glazed rear extension, and loft conversion. Working with a developer client, the internal arrangement of the original property was reconfigured to reflect the standards required for modern urban properties including en-suite bathrooms, open plan ground floor space and complete replacement of all fixtures and fittings.
